Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at Bokka Coffee, located in Mumbai. The Chef will be responsible for designing menus, preparing and presenting dishes, and maintaining quality and consistency in food preparation. They will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, manage inventory, ensure compliance with hygiene standards, and stay updated on culinary trends to enhance the menu offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in menu planning, food preparation, and plating
• Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and kitchen safety protocols
• Experience in inventory management and cost control
• Creativity and expertise in various cuisines and food presentation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and lead a team
• Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences through excellent culinary skills
• Prior experience as a Chef or a similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Formal training or certification in culinary arts is preferred
