About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI / UX + Graphic Designer

to join our dynamic software team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, usability principles, and experience in creating engaging digital experiences and brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on project requirements.

Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions.

Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, social media creatives, and infographics.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital materials.

Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Present design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum

2 years of experience

in UI / UX and graphic design.

Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

etc.

Strong understanding of

UI principles, UX research, and responsive design .

Experience in

branding, typography, and color theory .

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
