Job Title : Full Stack Developer (React / Node.Js)

Company : Our Client — Leading Digital Marketing Agency

About the Role :

Our client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React for front-end development and Node.Js for back-end development. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications while ensuring an exceptional user experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and a dynamic team in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development :

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.Js for the front-end and Node.Js for the back-end.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define innovative solutions for user experience and product functionality.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs , ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices (e.G., design patterns, testing, and code reviews).
  • Troubleshoot and optimize applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.

Front-End Development :

  • Strong proficiency in React.Js and its core principles.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript (ES6+) , and other front-end development tools.
  • Experience with Next.Js and state management libraries like Redux or Context API .
  • Familiarity with TypeScript for better code quality and static typing.
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design techniques for mobile-first applications.

    • Back-End Development :

  • Strong proficiency in Node.Js and the Express.Js framework.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.G., MongoDB , MySQL , PostgreSQL ).
  • Familiarity with TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth .

    • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement :

  • Work closely with DevOps and IT teams for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of production systems.
  • Contribute to code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
  • Regularly engage in knowledge sharing sessions to elevate the skills of the development team.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience with the React / Node.Js stack.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies .
  • Proven experience in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
  • Deep knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Expertise in databases (both SQL and NoSQL) and database management systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.G., AWS , Azure , GCP ) and deployment processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

    • Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

  • Experience with containerization (e.G., Docker ).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture .
  • Experience working in a digital marketing or SaaS environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
