100% Remote (Must be able to work 8hours of CST)

What You'll Do

Build and maintain backend services in Python + Flask.
Lead integrations with APIs (including OpenAI).
Collaborate closely with frontend and product teammates to deliver end-to-end functionality.
Ensure backend systems are secure, reliable, and efficient.

What Makes You a Fit

3–5 years of professional backend development experience.

Proven ability to design and ship production APIs.

Clear communicator who can explain technical choices with ease.

Team-first, collaborative, and focused on solutions.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with React.js to better align with the team.

Experience deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

$2,000–$2,200 / month (slight flex for top candidates).
