Job descriptionBuild and grow partnerships with corporates across sectors for hiring Drive closures for open mandates and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop trusted relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders and business teams. Provide a smooth experience : from requirement gathering to final hiring. Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat engagements. Strong communication skills Well-rounded people skills to engage with various types of clients A problem solver with a growth mindset Ability to understand business requirements Hunger for learning and quick thinking with rapid execution Job location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai Experience - 1 to 2 years Freshers can apply
