Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to manage the backend of personal financial affairs, operating like a small family office. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, maintain transparency, and actively seek opportunities to optimize finances and asset growth.

CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product / solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Expense & Cashflow Management

  • Track, categorize, and manage monthly personal and business-related expenses.
  • Maintain digital dashboards using tools like Zoho Books, Google Sheets, or Notion.
  • Reconcile credit cards, UPI transactions, and reimbursements.
  • Generate monthly financial summaries with actionable insights, including savings %, lifestyle inflation, and spending trends.

2. Asset & Real Estate Oversight

  • Monitor and track personal and investment assets, including real estate holdings.
  • Coordinate with brokers, registrars, and legal entities for audits, property tax, and rent agreements.
  • Track asset appreciation and provide recommendations for hold / sell decisions.
  • 3. Legal, Trust & Structuring

  • Research and coordinate the creation of personal trusts or family office entities.
  • Liaise with Chartered Accountants, lawyers, and other professionals to establish optimal tax and inheritance structures.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met and properly documented.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Proven experience in personal finance management, accounting, or family office operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting tools and financial dashboards (Zoho Books, Notion, Excel / Sheets).
  • Understanding of tax planning, estate planning, and trust structures.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
