Qualifications & Responsibilities

• 6–10 years of development experience with strong SQL knowledge.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical / Solution Architect with domain experience in Category Management (CatMan).
• Expertise in performance tuning and database administration.
• Strong understanding of technical platforms, infrastructure, and database structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and estimate project timelines.
• Design reusable components and promote reusability using microservices-style architecture in SaaS environments.
• Provide guidance during implementation on product performance, support, and maintenance; deliver technical support including design review, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system testing.
• Contribute to practice growth by developing practice aids and best-practice collateral; conduct technical analysis sessions to translate functional and technical requirements into tailored solutions.
• Enable and deliver knowledge transfer to teams on best practices and emerging technologies.
