Non-QM Underwriter
Location : Mumbai / Pune / Ahmedabad
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of mortgage underwriting experience (with 2+ years in non-QM)
- Proficiency in AUS systems like LPA , DU (for reference), and manual underwriting
- Experience with Encompass, Calyx, or Blend
- Familiarity with self-employed borrower analysis, bank statement income calculations, and DSCR ratios
- Strong communication skills for real-time underwriting sessions
