Position : International Business development Manager

European & US Market experience must with Medical Communications background.

Location : Bangalore

We are predominantly looking for the International Business Development Manager for Medical communication with Life sciences background only; you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities both domestically and internationally. This is a senior leadership role, requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in international business development.

Qualifications and Skills :

Minimum of 7 to10 years of experience in international business development European or US market experience must with Medical Communications or life sciences background.

  • Proven track record of successfully closing large deals and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of global markets, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Identify and evaluate potential markets and business opportunities both domestically and internationally
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's international presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations and discussions with potential clients and business partners
  • Stay updated with global market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact international business
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
