About the Role

We are looking for a experienced & skilled CAD and Sampling Manager to lead and oversee the CAD and sampling activities in the garment industry. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate pattern making, grading, marker making, and efficient sample development to support product design and production goals.

Responsibilities

Lead CAD and sample teams to ensure timely delivery of patterns, markers, and samples

Oversee pattern making, grading, marker creation, and sample development using CAD software

Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams for accurate fit and execution

Drive workflow efficiency across CAD and sampling operations

Mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities

Maintain and upgrade CAD systems and licenses

Manage sample room resources (fabrics, trims, equipment)

Review and approve patterns and samples before production

Resolve technical issues and report progress to leadership

Qualifications

Graduation or Diploma CAD & Pattern Making, or related field.

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in CAD pattern making and grading in the garment industry.

Proven experience managing a CAD team.

Strong knowledge of CAD software such as Tuka CAD, Gerber, Lectra etc.

Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern making and fabric standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
