GSRC (Global Solutions and Risk Compliance) is the operational arm of ORC (Operations Risk Compliance) organization. GSRC mission is to accelerate Amazon's business growth and marketplace presence at scale and speed using high quality teams and solutions to solve regulatory and business problems. The team supports regulatory compliance requirements for Amazon's worldwide programs like Human Rights Social impact, Dangerous Goods, Global Trade Services and Transport Risk and Compliance. GSRC currently has presence in India, China, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Jordan, Costa Rica, UK, Luxembourg, Singapore and USA.
The Human Rights Social impact (HRSI) program drives customer trust and business continuity by ensuring respect for the rights of workers throughout Amazon's supply chain and operations. We uphold company standards and expectations (such as Amazon's Supply Chain Standards and Human Rights Principles), and seek to constantly improve the tools and processes that we use in doing so. As a Risk Specialist, you will work closely with World Wide Human Rights Social impact team (WWHRSI) and GSRC Ops internal team to execute and support the mechanisms to meet Amazon's human rights principles and Supply Chain Standards and to ensure our suppliers are compliant with those.
You will be responsible for validating Major / Alert findings and providing CAPAs on escalation received or identified defects.
