Job Purpose
The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for conducting detailed training needs analysis, designing learning frameworks, and implementing effective development programs using AI-enabled tools and analytics . The role focuses on enhancing employee skills, performance, and engagement through data-driven insights and technology-led learning solutions. The Specialist will also drive onboarding excellence and continuous learning initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Training Needs Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct data-backed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads, PMS Specialists, and HR.
- Use AI-based tools and dashboards to identify skill gaps and learning trends across departments.
- Develop annual and quarterly learning strategies aligned with business and performance goals.
- Translate insights into structured learning roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
Learning Program Design & Implementation
Design and deploy AI-integrated learning modules , competency-based programs, and digital training initiatives.Collaborate with internal SMEs and external consultants to implement targeted training solutions.Oversee end-to-end program execution , ensuring alignment with identified skill needs and performance metrics.Implement personalized learning journeys using analytics-driven recommendations.Onboarding & Continuous Learning
Design and deliver AI-enhanced onboarding content to ensure smooth employee integration.Continuously update and improve induction programs using engagement analytics and feedback.Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-development across teams.Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Track and analyze training participation, effectiveness, and post-learning performance using AI dashboards.Measure training ROI and present insights through data visualization tools.Maintain centralized records of programs, vendors, budgets, and outcomes.Prepare monthly and quarterly L&D analytics reports for management.Process Improvement & Automation
Drive automation and digital transformation in learning processes using AI and LMS platforms.Optimize training documentation, tracking, and evaluation systems for accuracy and efficiency.Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and learning methodologies for process enhancement.Required Qualifications
Knowledge
Strong understanding of Learning & Development frameworks , competency mapping , and AI applications in HR .Familiarity with LMS systems , digital learning tools , and data analytics platforms .Knowledge of performance management systems , adult learning principles , and process documentation .Skills
