Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring effective HR management. The role also includes handling day-to-day HR activities, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and execute recruitment processes, screening, interview coordination, hiring and making job offer's.
• Support onboarding and off boarding processes for employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and respond to staff inquires.
• Handle statutory compliances PF and ESI
• Handle disciplinary and grievances issues as directed.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of HR processes and systems.
