Job Title : Salesforce Trainee – Dehradun (Full-Time, Onsite)

Rialtes is expanding its Salesforce practice and is looking for passionate freshers / early-career professionals who want to build a long-term career in the Salesforce ecosystem.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Dehradun . Selected candidates must be willing to relocate to and work from Dehradun .

Key Responsibilities

After the training period, you will :

Work with senior consultants to configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

Support requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT activities

Help in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation

Participate in client meetings, demos, and internal reviews

Continuously learn and stay updated with Salesforce features and releases

Who Should Apply

Fresh graduates (B.Tech / B.E – Computer Science, IT, or related fields)

0–2 years of experience in IT / software (any technology)

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Ready to relocate and work from Dehradun office full-time

Selection Process

HR Screening Interview – Initial shortlisting

Online Technical / Aptitude Interview – Virtual round

In-Person Interview at Dehradun Office – Final round for shortlisted candidates only

Only candidates who are ready for in-person joining in Dehradun will be considered.
