Job descriptionDrive and achieve a minimum 50% conversion rate from sample sets to exhibit orders for tooling in the Southern region . Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion ratios through customer engagement and technical support . Provide expert technical knowledge related to tooling products to address customer requirements. Troubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction . Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers for all technical correspondence. Build and sustain strong rapport with clients across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and the Northern region . Maintain and update various Sales Reports and MIS related to enquiries, leads, and customer accounts. Ensure timely submission of accurate reports to management .
Minimum Qualification : - B.E. / Diploma engg. Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation
Experience in years : Experience in the Marketing of industrial products sales is preferred.
