The Postdoctoral Fellowship is designed for early-career researchers seeking to advance their academic portfolio through independent or collaborative research under the mentorship of Woxsen faculty. The fellowship is non-remunerated and conducted entirely online , offering flexibility to pursue high-impact research and contribute to Woxsen’s growing international research network.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct independent or joint research aligned with Woxsen’s strategic areas.
Publish research in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals and contribute to the university’s publication output.
Participate in online seminars, colloquia, or guest lectures organized by Woxsen’s research centers.
Collaborate with faculty and research groups for grant applications, projects, or interdisciplinary studies.
Optionally co-supervise student research or mentor junior researchers (if applicable to the field).
Eligibility Criteria
Ph.D. awarded (or thesis submitted) in Management, Natural Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Science , or a closely related discipline.
Strong research record demonstrated by publications, conference presentations, or equivalent output.
Ability to work independently and meet research objectives in a virtual environment.
Commitment to ethical research and academic excellence.
Duration & Commitment
Tenure : 6 to 12 months (extendable upon mutual agreement and performance).
Mode : 100% online (asynchronous and synchronous engagement as required).
