Overview
Accelerate profitable online growth (eGrocery, Marketplaces, Quick Commerce, eB2B) by delivering digital shelf excellence and revenue analytics. Translate data from retailer portals, syndicated sources, and Retail Media Networks (RMN) into prioritized actions that improve revenues, conversion, and availability. Embed Perfect Digital Store (PDS) execution standards and automate performance management across customers and fulfillment models. Partner with BU Sales teams, Category teams, Revenue Management and Shopper / Marketing teams to translate data into action, automate reporting, and drive execution with customers.
Responsibilities
- Channel performance analytics & storytelling (dashboards, deep dives, sell-in materials); Co-create AOP, JBP inputs / SOP with KAMs- 40-50%
- eCommerce assortment & promo effectiveness — Recommend SKU mix by seller / fulfillment model; evaluate promo mechanics and guardrails for online (incl. pack architecture and multipacks) - 20-25%
- Operational aspects : Automation & data quality, tagging / SKU hygiene; ensure governance and consistency across customers - 10-15%
- Stakeholder rhythms, cross team connects — Run weekly huddles and monthly QBRs with clear actions, owners, and timing; track closure - 20%
Qualifications
