Job description

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Backend Engineer for a Computer Software firm in Germany. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in Germany.

Experience required : 5 years+

CTC : 15-20 LPA

Time : 1 PM to 10 PM IST (Monday-Friday)

Location : Remote

Type of employment : Full-time

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain backend services using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript.
  • Design, implement, and optimize database solutions using MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.
  • Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including Kubernetes and AWS-based deployments.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through best practices in DevOps and backend development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend development and deployment.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best software engineering practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB database management and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience working with Kubernetes and AWS.
  • Experience in building scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API development.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.
