Influencer Marketing Lead

Title : Partner Program Manager / Influencer Marketing Lead (Remote - contract)

Rate : $10 - $25 per hour (INR 1.5L - 3.8L per month)

We're looking for an experienced manager to lead our Partner Program team. This isn't just a management job—it's a key leadership role for a builder. You will own the entire program, from strategy and team development to process optimization and data analysis.

What You'll Own :

Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive influencer / partner strategies.

Team Leadership : Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of agents.

Process & CRM : Own and optimize our Agile CRM, building all scripts, templates, and proposals.

Operations : Manage the full operational flow, from partner onboarding and contracts to payments and QA.

Data & ROI : Create performance reports, manage the budget, and make data-driven decisions.

Talent : Manage the full-cycle hiring, training, and onboarding for your team.

What You'll Bring :

A strong track record of leadership and developing high-performing teams.

Proven experience managing successful influencer, affiliate, or partner programs.

Deep expertise in CRM systems (Agile is a plus!) and process management.

An analytical mindset with a laser focus on measuring ROI.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
