Business Analyst - Agile / Scrum Methodologies

Role : Business Analyst / Product Owner

Experience : 3 - 7 years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Identify product gaps and inform roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX / design, engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Monitor product performance using analytics tools and iterate based on insights.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
• Support UAT, go-to-market planning, and product :
• 3 - 7 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong in Agile / Scrum, product lifecycle, and release planning.
• Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, or similar tools.
• Excellent in communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exposure to API-first products or third-party integrations.
• Bonus : Background in UX or technical architecture.
