Your Tasks
- Consult, provide, and perform final testing of recommended security, update, and general settings in the Rohde & Schwarz environment for Microsoft Office Apps and Office 2019
- Document changes for administrators and end users via FAQ pages and manuals
- Accept and process tickets assigned to technical service
- Coordinate with other interfaces (e.g., Outlook / Teams or Add-ins) as necessary during task completion
- Support a custom-developed add-on called R&S Templates Manager
- Consult customers on implementing new requirements and understanding customer needs in an international environment
- Guide and share knowledge with younger colleagues
- Participate in MS Office rollouts for new versions and features
- Organize rollout waves with internal colleagues
- Inform end users and coordinate with the internal service desk
- Manage hyper care phase with fast troubleshooting
- Maintain very good written and spoken communication skills

In-depth knowledge of operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Apps and Office 2019In-depth knowledge of security, update, and general settings for Office 2019 and Microsoft Office AppsIn-depth knowledge of operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plugins used in Microsoft Office Apps and Office 2019Strong skills in creating templates for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointMicrosoft Certification is preferredMinimum 4–5 years of experience with MS Office, with at least 2 years in MS Office consultingSkills Required
