Senior Manager Finance

Location : Bangalore, India

Function : Finance & Accounts | Full-time

About the Role

“Lead the finance backbone of our India operations Boba Bhai and drive accounting, compliance, reporting, and growth.”

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Finance to lead financial operations for our India entity. This role will oversee accounting, financial planning, compliance, taxation, reporting, and provide strategic business support to drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead accounting, MIS, Unit Economics, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for India operations.
  • Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Manage AP / AR / banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, fund flow management.
  • Oversee statutory compliance with Ind-AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, RBI, and Companies Act.
  • Manage statutory, tax, due diligence and internal audits with Big4 or external auditors and ensure strong internal controls.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports for leadership and global teams.
  • Drive cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate real estate investments, costs, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR, Legal) to provide financial insights.
  • Champion and drive automation, ERP adoption and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bcom / CA inter with 10–15 years of progressive finance experience or CA with 2-3 years of experience in Big4 / MNCs.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, regulatory compliances, and Ind-AS.
  • Experience in MNCs or large Indian corporates preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP / Oracle / Tally / Xero, Excel, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Xero) and advanced Excel / financial modeling.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Hands-on with accounting and Indian compliance frameworks.
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, and high on integrity.
