Mayflower Group is expanding its digital footprint across multiple verticals— healthcare, pharma, medtech, and cosmetics . We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can craft and execute ROI-driven paid media strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth for multiple brands under our umbrella.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and knows how to blend analytics, creativity, and strategy to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Paid Media Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn Ads , and e-commerce platforms.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns focused on high-intent audiences across different verticals (healthcare services, pharma products, medtech devices, cosmetic solutions).
  • Implement full-funnel strategies , including retargeting and remarketing, to maximize conversions.

Lead Quality & Conversion Optimization

  • Build and optimize landing pages and lead funnels for maximum conversions.
  • Conduct A / B tests for ad creatives, copy, and CTAs to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Ensure lead quality tracking and nurturing through CRM integrations and feedback loops.
  • Set up Whatsapp, Meta and other marketing lead nurturing automations in association with the CRM tools to ensure the captured leads are converted.
  • Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Monitor key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and adjust campaigns for performance improvement.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for the leadership team.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for performance analysis.
  • Budget Management

  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve maximum ROI across channels and brands.
  • Forecast lead volumes and recommend budget allocations for different business units.
  • Collaboration & Creative Direction

  • Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and copies.
  • Collaborate with brand managers for campaign alignment with business goals.
  • Required Skills & Experience

    Experience : Minimum 2 years in performance marketing & lead generation , preferably in multi-brand or agency environments.

    Expertise in Platforms : Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, n8n, Zoho CRM, GPT, hey gen, etc. (additional platforms a plus)

    Strong Knowledge : Conversion rate optimization, funnel building, remarketing, A / B testing.

    Analytical Tools : Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, CRM systems, Pixel

    Budget Handling : Proven ability to manage significant ad spends effectively.

    Creative Sense : Ability to suggest and guide ad creatives for better engagement and conversions.
