Job description
  • Develop demand forecast at account level at fortnightly bucket at SKU-C&FA level in collaboration with eCom / MT sales team
  • Collaborate with account supply chain in getting account level plans
  • Develop stock norms by SKU at Hub and at C&FA level for 95% Fill rate and 4 day TAT.
  • Work with central planning team to develop the Fort-nightly production plan and ensure production happens as per the plan.
  • Manage the Hub operations for south Region – stock norms, timely dispatch, arranging transportation, people management, space management.
  • Ensure compliance of FIFO in dispatch from hub and C&FAs and warehouse hygiene.
  • Develop dispatch plan to maintain stock norms at hub and C&FAs and ensure dispatches happen as per the plan in coordination with plant dispatch team.
  • Monitor actual order receipt and appointments and plan dispatches basis gap at C&FA level
  • Follow up with C&FAs for on-time dispatch and delivery of the orders as per appointment
  • Resolve any delivery issues in coordination with account teams.
  • Ensure returns from accounts are reconciled and return entries are done in ERP on-time.
  • Carry out weekly aging analysis and coordinate with KAMs for liquidation
  • Work closely with logistics team to salvage / dispose off the expired / un-saleable stocks timely to free up space.
  • Monitor fill-rates and TAT by accounts at order level – carry out RCA for fill rate and TAT miss and create action plans to correct.
  • Work closely with Logistics team to identify new logistics partners for delivery of goods
  • Monitor logistics cost on a weekly basis and keep logistics cost within budgeted level.
  • Publish dashboard on service and cost weekly with RCA and action plan.

    • Cost of operations.
    • Stock freshness and Expiry

      • Qualification and Experience : Graduate degree in supply Chain / operations with 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Logistics. Should have directly handled Fulfilment operations of Ecom / MT channel for atleast 2 years.
