We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technical Product Officer (CTPO) to drive end-to-end product strategy , technology innovation , and engineering excellence for a fast-scaling Real Estate + PropTech company. This role combines deep product thinking with modern technology leadership to create scalable, user-centric solutions for the real estate ecosystem.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap, leading high-performing engineering & product teams, driving tech innovation, and ensuring seamless product-market fit — ultimately building India's most trusted digital-first property platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Own the entire product and technology strategy , vision, and execution aligned with business goals.
Lead cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, UI / UX, and Data Science.
Drive product innovation and customer-centric design, from concept to deployment.
Architect scalable, secure, and modern tech infrastructure (Web, Mobile, Cloud, APIs, Data).
Build and evolve agile product development frameworks and CI / CD pipelines.
Implement robust data architecture , analytics, and AI / ML-based personalization.
Collaborate with Founders, CEO, Marketing, and Sales to ensure product-market fit.
Scale up the tech org – hire, mentor, and retain top-tier tech & product talent.
Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance at all stages.
Stay ahead of technology trends and guide strategic tech investments.
Align all product initiatives with the IPO journey and investor narrative .

Desired Candidate Profile :

B.Tech / M.Tech from a Tier-1 Institute (IIT / NIT / BITS or similar); MBA is a plus.

15+ years of strong experience in product + engineering leadership roles.

Proven track record in building platforms from 0 to 1 to scale (preferably in a startup or high-growth internet company).

Experience in Proptech, Fintech, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet products is preferred.

Solid understanding of microservices, cloud-native architecture, mobile-first platforms , and data-driven product development .

Excellent knowledge of tech stacks, system design, and DevOps practices.

Strategic thinker with strong execution ability and problem-solving mindset.

Prior experience working closely with Founders or as part of leadership team .

Experience in ESOP-based value creation, fundraising discussions, and IPO tech readiness is highly preferred.

CTC : Upto 1 Cr. PA
