Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leader located in Mumbai. The Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to drive growth for our flagship Identity Confluence (IGA / IDAM) solution. The role combines strategic sales, account management, and subject-matter expertise in Identity & Access Management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Position :  Sales Manager – Identity & Access Management (IGA / IDAM Solutions)

Location :  Mumbai

Experience :  7–8 years

Domain Focus :  BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance), IT and Retail Clients

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in selling Identity & Access Management (IAM / IGA / IDAM) or Identity Security solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Robust network with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk & Compliance Heads, and IT Security Leaders.
  • Ability to independently drive the complete sales cycle—from prospecting, opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal building, to closure.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in BFSI, IT, Identity Security and Retail domain as they relate to Identity & Access Management.
  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams (presales, solution architects, delivery) to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Consultative selling mindset with strong business acumen and ability to map IAM solutions to client's security and compliance challenges.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive  new business development  and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets for Identity Confluence.
  • Develop and nurture  long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders  (CISO, CIO, CTO, CRO, Risk / Compliance Heads, IT Director).
  • Partner closely with pre-sales and solutions teams to deliver  tailored demos, solution workshops, and compelling proposals .
  • Build and maintain a  healthy pipeline of opportunities  through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connects.
  • Stay updated on  IAM / IGA trends and competitor offerings  to position Identity Confluence as the preferred choice.
  • Provide  market intelligence and client feedback  to product and marketing teams to shape future solution roadmaps.
  • Represent the organization in  industry events, conferences, and partner forums  to enhance visibility and generate leads.
