Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, negotiating transactions, and preparing contracts. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining current knowledge of the real estate market, and conducting research to identify new opportunities. The agent will also collaborate with clients and team members to achieve successful transactions.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required.
• Knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property markets and trends.
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities and client relationship management.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation expertise, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with real estate management software and technology tools.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and excellent organizational skills.
