Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new individual clients within the rural banking sector in Bihar, India
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and providing them with personalized solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert guidance on financial products and services offered by the bank
• Meet and exceed sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling various banking products and services
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively identify opportunities for growth and retention
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
