About The Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the complete sales journey - from connecting with leads on our CRM, building interest, conducting meetings and site visits, to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where your performance directly translates into growth opportunities and lucrative incentives. Consistent performers will also get the chance to lead and manage a sales team within 6 months.
Roles & Responsibilities
Targets : Consistently achieve monthly sales targets & contribute to overall business growth.Lead Management : Work on leads provided through the company CRM. Call, engage, and qualify prospects.Client Engagement : Pitch project details, understand client needs, handle objections, and build rapport.Meetings & Visits : Invite clients for office meetings or schedule / conduct site visits to showcase the project.Sales Closure : Present solutions, negotiate, and close deals confidently while maintaining professionalism.Documentation : Ensure smooth processing of all paperwork and client documentation.CRM Discipline : Maintain accurate and timely updates of every client interaction with notes and call recordings.After-Sales Relationship : Build long-term trust and client satisfaction post-sale.Note : This role is not focused on channel partner / broker-driven sales.
All sales are expected to come from company CRM leads, IVR calls, references, or the candidate's own network.If a sale happens through a channel partner, the company will not provide any commission to the channel partner.In such cases, the sales manager will have to share their own incentive / commission (if they choose to involve a partner).Growth Opportunity

Graduate or MBA with 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.Strong communication & negotiation skills in Hindi and English.Ability to handle objections with confidence and convert potential leads into long-term clients.Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about achieving targets.Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.What We Offer
