Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead and mentor a team of 10 Business Development Executives (BDEs).

You will guide the team in connecting with businesses, understanding client needs, and presenting Ambasta Digital’s solutions professionally.

This position provides an opportunity to gain leadership experience, develop business strategies, and contribute to the growth of a modern digital company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 10 BDEs in client engagement and business development

Support team members in presenting and promoting digital solutions effectively

Conduct virtual meetings, coaching, and performance discussions

Build and maintain professional client relationships

Suggest improvements to outreach processes and client engagement strategies

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree required | MBA preferred

Proficiency in English and at least one regional language

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Must have a smartphone / laptop and stable internet connection

Interest in digital business growth and team development
