  • Draft essential internal legal documents, such as volunteer agreements and confidentiality agreements (NDAs).
  • Provide strategic legal advice to the leadership team on matters of regulatory compliance, risk management, and non-profit governance.
  • Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws (especially data privacy and health-tech) and advise the Trust on necessary policy updates.

Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications) :

  • Healthcare or Health-Tech Law.
  • NGO / Trust compliance and governance.
  • Key Skills & Attributes :

  • Hard Skills : Exceptional legal drafting and negotiation skills are non-negotiable. Deep knowledge of Indian contract law, data privacy law, and non-profit regulations.
  • Soft Skills : A pragmatic, business-minded approach to law. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to provide clear, actionable advice to a non-legal team. A genuine passion for social impact.
  • Why Join HSNFT?

  • Be the Legal Architect for a High-Impact Mission : This is a unique opportunity to work on the legal backbone for an innovative organization from its foundational stage.
  • Flexible, High-Impact Engagement : Make a significant contribution to a life-saving mission on a part-time, flexible basis that respects your professional autonomy.
