Role : Performance Test Engineer / Lead
Experience range : 5-8 years
Location : Bangalore and Hyderabad
NOTE : Relevant IT experience must be 5 years and notice period must be 45 days
Job description :
- Experience with Jmeter, Blazemeter and Load RoadRunner / Stormrunner.
- Identify and recommend NFR requirements for performance testing through analysis of application.
- Design, develop, execute performance test scripts and scenarios, create effective reports.
- Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and group size
- Ability to analyze test results and make sound conclusions; work with project teams and developers to resolve performance issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from different project stakeholders to help define and document performance SLAs,
requirements and expectations around aplication performance KPIs.
