  • Job Description :

    As an International Voice Process Associate for a Customer Support domain, you will be responsible for handling customer calls from international clients, providing effective and efficient solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound queries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.

    Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.

    Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

    Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.

  • Work Location : Bangalore
  • Shifts : UK Shift (5 days work / 2 days off)
  • Salary- Upto 6.5LPA
  • Immediate Joiners Only
