We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Monitoring Professional to join our operations team. This individual will be responsible for monitoring system alerts and dashboards in real-time, identifying potential issues, and escalating them promptly to technical or operations teams.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure, and good communication skills. Experience in a monitoring, NOC, or helpdesk environment is desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring system alerts and dashboards in real-time
• Identifying and differentiating between warnings and critical issues
• Escalating alerts promptly to technical or operations teams
• Logging incidents accurately in the ticketing system
• Handing over ongoing issues clearly to the next shift
