Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mohali district. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to business growth by meeting sales targets. The incumbent will also conduct market research to identify potential leads, prepare business proposals, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic sales planning.
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and proposal preparation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • A strong understanding of IT solutions, including web development, internet marketing, and mobile application services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT or software services industry, is highly desirable.
