Position Title : Company Secretary (CS)
Experience Required : 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and facilitating board meetings including preparation of agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points
 - Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including filing annual returns, disclosures, and resolutions.
 - Maintaining corporate records, registers, and statutory books as per the applicable laws and regulations.
 - Advising management and board members on corporate governance best practices, legal requirements, and compliance issues.
 - Guiding corporate governance best practices and implementing governance frameworks.
 - Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
 
Qualifications & Skills
Qualified Company Secretary (CS)0–3 years of post-qualification experienceGood knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR), FEMA, and other corporate laws.Strong drafting, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines
