We are seeking an accomplished Senior Functional Consultant to act as a strategic advisor and lead the design, implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings over 12 years of ERP consulting experience, deep domain expertise and a passion for leveraging modern capabilities like Microsoft Copilot, AI-driven automation and real-time business performance analytics to transform business operations. This role is pivotal in translating complex business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions that drive measurable value.

• Solution Architecture & Delivery : Lead full-cycle D365 F&O implementations, from requirements gathering and gap analysis through go-live and post-implementation optimization. Architect solutions that leverage AI and automation, including Copilot-driven processes and generative insights.
• Business Process Transformation : Conduct workshops with C-level stakeholders and business users to streamline finance and supply chain operations. Model and document end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
• Configuration & Optimization : Perform hands-on configuration of core D365 modules, including General Ledger, AP / AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management and Master Planning.
• Data & Testing Leadership : Oversee data migration strategy and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring data integrity and that the solution meets all business requirements.
• Mentorship & Enablement : Act as a functional lead for project teams, mentoring junior consultants and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure high user adoption and long-term client success.
• 12+ years of ERP consulting experience, with at least 8 years focused on Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.
• Proven track record leading at least three full-lifecycle D365 F&O implementations for enterprise clients.
• Deep functional expertise across both Finance and Supply Chain modules. Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
