Location : Perinchery, Thrissur (Preference : within 20 km; others from Kerala / India may also apply)
Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Performance Incentives for timely villa completion within budget.
We are hiring a Senior Site Engineer to oversee site-level execution of our premium villa project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise ongoing & upcoming villa construction works.
- Support in completing 5 villas by Dec 2025 and 7 new villas within 6–7 months.
- Handle day-to-day site supervision, labour arrangement & contractor coordination.
- Maintain quality control, cost management & timely completion.
- Assist clients with interiors, landscaping & finishing works.
- Ensure site documentation, petty cash management & reporting.
