Key Responsibilities

• Establish and set up the office, including infrastructure, operations, and compliance in India.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, marketing, client support, and customer success.
• Drive the sales and marketing strategy in India, ensuring performance KPIs and revenue targets are achieved.
• Develop and execute local market expansion plans to increase brand presence and client acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and other key stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure continued growth and competitiveness.
