About the Role :

We are looking for a technical compliance manager to take end-to-end ownership of our technical compliance landscape — from ensuring adherence to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines, to managing periodic audits and maintaining ISO certifications. You'll also lead efforts toward any new certifications we pursue, building policies and controls that scale with the business. This role will define how compliance is embedded across teams, ensuring our systems remain secure, audit-ready, and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end IT audit and regulatory compliance processes, ensuring adherence to SEBI and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee periodic internal and external IT audits to maintain continuous compliance.
• Demonstrate strong familiarity with the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Framework (CSCRF) and ensure its effective implementation across systems and processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison for ISO, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and any new certification initiatives.
• Lead the IT compliance function and drive collaboration across teams.
