Job summary

We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead performance-driven digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional strategists and clients, ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role demands both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a small team (1–2) of digital marketing strategists or buyers.
• Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Search, Shopping, YouTube) and paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Oversee integrated digital campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic platforms to meet client goals.
• Actively analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-regional teams (including North America) on media strategy alignment.
• Continuously refine internal processes to improve campaign efficiency and reporting quality.
• Stay up to date on emerging SEM, paid media, and digital marketing trends.
