Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Shamli. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, managing customer relationships, and promoting Professional Stay's rental model. Daily tasks will include conducting property tours, providing customer service, closing sales deals, and offering sales training. The role requires the individual to effectively communicate with clients and handle any inquiries or issues that may arise.

• Proven Sales experience and the ability to close deals
• Experience in Sales Management and Training
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
