Housekeeper (Hotel) — ECHOS Hotel, Tapovan, Rishikesh

Compensation : ₹13,000–₹14,000 per month + free food & accommodation

About ECHOS

ECHOS is a premium boutique hotel in Tapovan, Rishikesh—“A Journey Beyond Stay.” We’re known for spotless rooms, warm hospitality, yoga / wellness vibes, and serene mountain & Ganga views. We’re growing our team and looking for a reliable Housekeeper to help us deliver 5-star cleanliness and comfort every day.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms & bathrooms to hotel SOPs (dusting, sweeping / mopping, vacuuming, glass cleaning).
  • Change / arrange bed linen, pillow covers, duvet covers; ensure stain-free, wrinkle-free presentation.
  • Restock room amenities (toiletries, water, tea / coffee, stationery) and maintain par levels.
  • Clean balconies, outdoor chairs / tables, and corridor / public areas.
  • Handle and count linen; coordinate with laundry; separate discard / damaged pieces.
  • Report maintenance issues (leaks, lights, AC, plumbing) promptly.
  • Follow hygiene & safety protocols (chemical handling, PPE, MSDS, Lost & Found).
  • Respond to guest requests politely and on time; update room status with the front desk.
  • Work effectively with the housekeeping team on rotational shifts.

Requirements

  • 6–24 months of hotel housekeeping experience preferred (freshers with the right attitude can apply).
  • Eye for detail, speed with quality, and good personal hygiene.
  • Basic communication in Hindi / English; physically fit to handle housekeeping duties.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive guest-first mindset.
