Role Overview We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to own and manage specific program categories within HigherEd. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and operational skills, capable of driving category growth, partnerships, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance and growth of assigned program categories.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs to optimize category strategy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive enrollment and revenue targets.
• Develop pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies for assigned categories.
• Track and report category KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue, and ROI.
• Build relationships with university partners and manage operational execution.
• Identify opportunities for new programs and content enhancements within the category.
