Role Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our finance transformation practice.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advising high growth clients on improving their financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and performance management capabilities.

This role combines financial acumen, data analytics, business strategy, and digital finance transformation expertise.

You are expected to work closely with senior client stakeholders (such as CFOs, FP&A Directors, Controllers, etc.) to design and deliver cutting-edge FP&A solutions, leveraging best practices, AI technologies, and analytical tools to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Delivery

Lead or support the delivery of FP&A transformation projects including :

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
• Long-range strategic and operational planning
• Cost and profitability analysis
• Conduct detailed current-state assessments of client FP&A functions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design future-state FP&A operating models, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Support digital transformation initiatives such as implementation of EPM tools. (e.g. Oracle Cloud EPM, SAP BPC, Workday Adaptive etc.)
• Develop and automate dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for enhanced performance tracking and reporting using analytical tools like PowerBI, Alteryx etc.
• Facilitate workshops and work sessions with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present recommendations.
