Responsibilities
- Anchor the end to end year end performance appraisal process management
- Manage the post appraisal PIP Process
- Facilitate timely Compensation Benchmarking through vendor partner
- Facilitate Benefits Benchmarking
- Enable introduction of industry prevalent benefits post approval processing
- Manage Benefits administration – Insurance renewals, policies revamp, employee health and wellness programmes.
- Policy formulation, approval processing and post approval implementation
- Anchor HR procedure manual updation
- Job Evaluation – support the regional initiative and build in house capability on the same
- JDs collation
- Enable periodic review and update of JDs by the line managers
- Anchor A&A collation
- Facilitate A&A updation subsequent to promotions and transfers
