Manager, Architecture

The Manager Enterprise Architecture is a leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of architects within a specific pillar, driving the design and implementation of architecture solutions. This position focuses on tactical execution, team mentorship, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead a team of architects to design, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture solutions aligned with business objectives.Develop and enforce technical standards, frameworks, and best practices within the team
• Shape application and digital strategies, leading the adoption of transformative technologies for competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable architecture plans. Oversee the execution of architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance enterprise capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members to foster skill development
• Ensure architecture solutions comply with financial industry regulations and security standards.
