Practice Ranking : Band 1 in Banking & Finance

About the Role :

We are seeking an Associate with 2–3 years of experience in Banking & Finance to join a leading Band 1 practice in Delhi. The role offers exposure to high-value financing transactions, structured lending, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents including facility agreements, loan agreements, security and inter-creditor arrangements.

Advise banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and corporates on financing transactions.

Support project and acquisition finance mandates.

Conduct legal due diligence and prepare transaction reports.

Liaise with clients, counterparties, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements :

LL.B. from a reputed law school.

2–3 years of focused experience in Banking & Finance practice.

Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of financing structures and applicable regulations.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
