Our Definition of A Junior Producer / The Execution Ace!

This role is focused on the execution and support of multiple Hindi micro-drama series clusters. The Junior Producer will be responsible for supporting the Senior Producer / Cluster Head in managing the production lifecycle, ensuring creative quality, and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations for assigned projects. This role reports to the Senior Producer or Cluster Head.

A Day In The Life of a Junior Producer @ Vertical TV !

Production Execution & Creative Coordination

  • Support the Senior Producer in overseeing the entire content pipeline, driving execution from concept development, story pitching, and script finalization through to production and final delivery.
  • Manage the tracking of production schedules, resource allocation, and for assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Provide focused, constructive feedback on scripts and cuts to elevate the quality of micro dramas under the guidance of the Senior Producer.
  • Help create and expand a talent database that will give Vertical TV a competitive edge in the market.

What Will Compel Vertical TV to Choose You Over Others?

  • 1-3 years of experience in production, with a strong focus on fiction / drama content (e.G., OTT series, television serials).
  • You’re experience executing high-volume content curation / development and supporting simultaneous, large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of the vertical video format and the unique requirements for mobile-first storytelling is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
  • Must eat, breathe, live and long for, Content of all shapes, sizes, formats & types. PS : Inspiration can Eureka from any corner.
