Job description

Job Title – Chartered Accountant – Credit & Finance

Company : Archbridge Capital Pvt Ltd.

Location : Unit , Tower 4, DLF Corporate Greens, Southern Peripheral Road, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana

Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and finalize financial statements and MIS reports .
  • Support loan book management , asset-liability monitoring , and cash flow analysis .
  • Oversee regulatory compliance (RBI / NBFC norms) and assist in internal audits .
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting , and financial control systems .
  • Collaborate with business teams to assess credit, risk, and portfolio performance .
  • Ensure timely statutory filings , reconciliations, and tax compliance (TDS, GST, ROC).

Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher or up to 2 years experience) .

  • Strong understanding of NBFC operations, financial regulations , and credit processes .
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally / ERP, and financial modelling tools .
  • Passion to grow in a fast-paced MSME lending environment .
